SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. 


IMPORTANT NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, unexpected weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Also, Upper Echelon Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.


However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we send to the email you provide at check-out.


After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or US holidays.


In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.


Upper Echelon Creations is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.


TRANSFERS
All transfers have possible a 3-5 day lead time before it ships.


Pick Up Policy 

Pick up is Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm.
If order is not picked up within 3 days after fulfillment, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only for products.

To start a return, please contact us at support@upperecheloncreations.com. If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return the item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate all returns. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.


Pick Up Policy 

Pick up is Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm.
If order is not picked up within 3 days after fulfillment, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@upperecheloncreations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as specialty (customized) orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Product and Course Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you paid for the wrong download, we cannot change the download for you after payment is rendered.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, between 7 – 15 business days.


Combining Products Refunds

All size Rolls & All Transfers except downloads can't be combined with any other products. If they are combined, you will be refunded for the rolls and transfers; your other products will be shipped to you. Other restrictions may apply


Discount Codes

You must apply discount code at check out. If you forget to apply discount code, we can't alter your amount to reflect the discount code. Upper Echelon Creations reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify for discount. No rain checks issued. Other restrictions may apply.


 Giveaways

You have 48 hours to respond to the email or direct message about your giveaway or you will be forfeited, and the prize will be given to the next winner, or a new winner will be chosen.


 No refunds on downloads.
